To submit your claims against Saudi Oger Company you need first to register in Ehqaq Platform as individual with your personal information, and then you will be able to submit claims and manage them through your account, whether the claim is submitted in your capacity as a principal, or as agents, or as representatives of persons, establishments, or legal entities. Important Alerts 1- For those how already submitted their claims against the debtor through Alinma Bank’s branches, it is NOT required to resubmit the same claim on Ehqaq Platform unless YOU are officially requested to do so. 2- All creditors or the representatives will be able to view the previous claims that were submitted by them, and they will be able to follow up on their status afterward they complete the registration correctly by logging into the claimant’s personal account on the platform. 3- As for the agent’s representatives, they must submit a request to accredit them as a representative to review and follow up on their previous requests that were submitted by them. 4- In addition to the above, Ehqaq Platform supports Arabic and English, except that the details of the claim form and supporting documents must be in Arabic in accordance with Article 23 and Paragraph 1 of the Sharia Facilities System and its executive regulations. 5- If you encounter technical problems in using the Platform or submitting a claim, you can contact our IT support via email: support@ehqaq.sa.
